- Scraps, library. A UI library where every component is real HTML wearing torn paper. Each mount tears a fresh edge from seeded randomness, so the same seed gives the same scraps on any machine.
- Galaxy, game. Pick one of 14 ships, plot a course across 2,133 Star Wars systems, jump to hyperspace, and land on a procedurally generated world.
- Gitlapse, tool. Point it at any public GitHub repository and it turns the whole commit history into a timelapse worth sharing, the codebase growing outward as a ring.

- Hellbreak, game. A DOOM-style shooter that runs in a tab. Canvas raycaster written from scratch, no engine and no dependencies, with every texture and sound generated at boot.
- Boarding, sim. Race airline boarding strategies against each other and watch why Steffen beats back-to-front. Draw your own boarding order and race that too.
- Trend Drops, web. A viral moment goes in, a playable webapp comes out the same day. The whole thing runs on its own: built, deployed and live while the trend is still warm.
